Based in Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to join and lead our commercial team on flagship projects in the region. You will support delivery on largescale projects for us in Dublin, reporting to our group commercial director.  Your Day Will Include Leading the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to final account agreement. Managing and developing project quantity surveying teams, providing guidance, mentoring and commercial leadership. Overseeing contract administration, risk management, cost control, change management and commercial reporting. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor packages, claims, variations and contractual matters in line with project requirements.
