This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing the commercial performance of complex design packages from early development through to delivery.Working closely with Design Managers, Project Teams and Consultants, you''ll provide commercial leadership across consultant contracts, technical change, cost management and NEC contract administration, ensuring commercial risk is effectively managed throughout the design lifecycle.The RoleAs Commercial Manager, you''ll be responsible for:Leading the commercial management of consultant and design contracts across major infrastructure projects.Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, contractual notices and change management.Managing high-value design packages, including forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting.Assessing the commercial impact of design development and technical change, ensuring robust commercial decision-making.Managing commercial risk, maintaining risk registers and supporting mitigation ..... full job details .....
