The Commercial Manager will provide leadership and shape successful business propositions and growth, identify potential risks and liabilities, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Salary - -60,000 - -75,000 + bonus + benefits

Location - Whiteley, Hampshire
Key responsibilities for Commercial Manager and will not limited to:
- Acted as the primary commercial interface, leading contract drafting, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Developed and managed a range of agreements including sales contracts, NDAs, licences, and consortium agreements.
- Provided contract management support through delivery, including interpretation, milestone tracking, dispute resolution, price reviews, and change control.
- Ensured diligent contract administration, covering disputes, variations, and change orders.
- Produced accurate, compliant customer pricing using appropriate pricing strategies and cost models.
- Supported business development and delivery as part of the Legal & Commercial Services team.
- Guided internal governance processes, preparing bid approval documentation.
- Developed and executed negotiation strategies, collaborating with Legal to ensure compliance with legislation and company policy.
Key skills and experience required for Commercial Manager job applicant and will not be limited to:
- Strong commercial, and contract management expertise, with proven ability in drafting, negotiation, and advisory work.
- Skilled in financial analysis and identifying opportunities, risks, and drivers of organisational success.
- Brings strong commercial acumen, judgement, and pragmatism, with experience in risk mitigation and relationship management.
- Highly analytical, quick to learn, and effective at prioritising a broad range of contractual and commercial matters.
