Commercial Manager

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, leading people, and shaping services that genuinely make a difference to farmers and farming businesses. We are working with one of the UK''s most respected independent consultancies, providing trusted advice, data analysis and technical services to dairy and livestock businesses across the country. As our client continues to grow its market-leading dairy costings service, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Manager to lead the next phase of development. This is not a hard sales role. Instead, we are looking for a relationship-builder. Someone who enjoys understanding client needs, developing practical solutions, writing compelling proposals and seeing projects through to completion. Someone who values teamwork over individual targets and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the highly regarded dairy costings service, leading a dedicated team while working closely with dairy farmers, agribusinesses and industry partners across the UK. You will help retain and grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities and support the continued development of the wider service portfolio. Importantly, this role offers genuine visibility within the dairy sector.
