The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail sector.
• Build and manage relationships with both existing and prospective retail customers
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver commercial growth and successful product launches.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support long-term account development.
• Play a key role in the company''s continued expansion strategy.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience within the food or FMCG industry.
• A proven commercial background in account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to develop your career.
• Retail experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Package

• -40,000 - -55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Generous bonus scheme
