This is a key leadership role focused on bid management, customer contract negotiation, commercial risk management and margin improvement. Main Duties Lead commercial management of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle. Manage commercial input into bids, tenders and customer proposals. Review, negotiate and manage customer legal contracts and commercial terms. Drive margin improvement and profitability initiatives across the business. Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Support operational teams with pricing, change management and contract performance. Develop commercial reporting and KPI dashboards.
