Role: Commercial Manager - CTCContract Length: 6 MonthsLocation: London / Hybrid (2 days/week on site)IR35: InsideRate: £613/daySecurity Clearance: CTC Clearance Lead delivery of multiple high-value ICT procurement projects within a complex public sector environmentManage a defined portfolio of Digital procurement activities, ensuring alignment to business needsApply strong commercial acumen to drive value, mitigate risk, and achieve best outcomesOversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliant and efficient deliveryLead and manage complex public sector tenders (e.g. OJEU/PCR-compliant)Provide expert commercial and procurement advice to stakeholders across programmesEnsure operational excellence across sourcing, evaluation, and contract award stages Essential Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT, covering products and services (e.g. Networks, Infrastructure, SaaS)Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent commercial/procurement experienceProven track record delivering high-value tenders via Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitionsExperience with Competitive Flexible Procedure (desirable)Strong knowledge of PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) frameworksPA23 training completed or willingness to complete independentlyAbility to manage multiple concurrent procurements across different lifecycle stagesSelf-starter, able to deliver at pace in a fast-moving environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skills Disability ..... full job details .....
