Commercial ManagerMajor Civil Engineering InfrastructureLondon Permanent Hybrid WorkingWe are supporting a major UK infrastructure programme to appoint Commercial Managers into an Integrated Project Team based in London.The role supports the delivery of large-scale civil engineering works, including viaducts, tunnels, overbridges and associated structures, working directly with Tier 1 joint venture contractors under NEC forms of contract.The RoleThis is a delivery-facing commercial role within a multi-disciplinary Integrated Project Team.Key responsibilities include:Commercial management and NEC contract administration of major civils packagesManaging Applications for Payment, Early Warnings, Compensation Events and change controlReviewing Cost Value Reconciliations and supporting cost verificationCommercial reporting, governance and assurance activitiesWorking closely with engineering, planning and delivery teamsSupporting dispute avoidance and resolution where requiredLeading and developing commercial resources, proportionate to role levelAbout YouBackground in major civil engineering or infrastructure deliveryStrong NEC contract experience is essentialExperience working with Tier 1 contractors on complex, high-value worksComfortable operating in a delivery-led environmentExperience of publicly funded infrastructure programmes is desirableRICS or equivalent professional background advantageous but not essentialAssistant Commercial Manager ApplicationsThe client is also ..... full job details .....
