Your new role You will lead high-value contracts and commercial strategy. You will influence delivery across repairs, investment programmes and MandE services through robust contract management. You will drive performance, governance, and value for money across three partnership contracts and additional specialist contracts. Oversee commercial and contract management across a wide range of service areas, including responsive repairs, planned works, voids, capital programmes, adaptations, disrepair and MandE service contracts.
