Team culture and people fit are of very high importance to the client, who values inclusivity, collaboration, and a commitment to developing others.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and commercial control. Manage and administer NEC contracts (Options A C), including target cost arrangements. Work proactively to resolve commercial issues and provide solutions that support project delivery. Support and mentor a young and developing workforce, creating a positive and inclusive environment. Collaborate closely with the wider project team to maintain transparency and alignment with business objectives. Provide robust commercial reporting and risk management across all project stages.
