This position offers the opportunity to provide commercial assurance across significant civil engineering works, supporting cost certainty, procurement and effective commercial governance. The Role You'll work alongside experienced commercial professionals reviewing contractor proposals, undertaking Target Outturn Cost (TOC) assurance and supporting commercial decision-making across complex infrastructure packages.
