Commercial Manager - Defence Projects Location: London Salary: £45,000 £55,000 + Benefits About the Role Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit a Commercial Manager for their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile defence projects, supporting critical national infrastructure and delivering complex programmes of work. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial aspects of defence-related projects from inception through to completion Provide cost management, contract administration, and procurement support Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies Support tendering processes and contract negotiations Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Requirements Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role Background in working on complex infrastructure or defence projects is highly desirable Strong knowledge of contract forms (e.g., NEC, JCT) Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders Strong communication and negotiation abilities Security Clearance Requirement Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be UK citizens holding a single nationality passport and be eligible to obtain the ..... full job details .....
