As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team.This is a full-time permanent position based on site at Sizewell C (2/3 days per week) with remote working.Your new roleAs Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle, acting independently in the interest of the project and ensuring contractual, cost, risk and change control processes are effectively implemented.Key responsibilities include:Leading contract management activities under NEC and similar forms of contract, including change control, claims, payment notices and dispute avoidanceDelivering cost management services, including CBS/WBS maintenance, forecasting, accruals, earned value inputs and contractor claim assessmentProviding estimating and cost planning support, including value engineering, benchmarking and quantificationOverseeing planning, reporting and ..... full job details .....
