As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Commercial Manager to join their growing Sizewell C team.This is a full-time permanent position based in Leiston with hybrid working.Your new role As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and contract award through to project delivery and final account close-out. Acting as the primary commercial point of contact, you will support contract performance, governance, supplier relationships, risk management and the successful achievement of commercial objectives across the project.Key responsibilities will include:Managing commercial and contractual aspects of assigned contracts from pre-award through to completionSupporting procurement activities, including tender evaluations, negotiations and contract awardsAdministering NEC contracts, including change control, claims management and commercial reportingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and key stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with project governance ..... full job details .....
