Commercial Manager Social Housing Planned WorksLocation: Swindon Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 Type: PermanentWe are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing contractor delivering major social housing planned works, refurbishment and retrofit programmes.This is a senior role overseeing the commercial delivery of three large-scale contracts, while leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:Lead commercial delivery across multiple planned works contracts.Manage and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors.Drive cost control, forecasting, profitability and commercial performance.Manage procurement, subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts.Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.Work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.Provide strategic commercial leadership and support business growth.
