This is a senior role overseeing the commercial delivery of three large-scale contracts , while leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.   Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager: Lead commercial delivery across multiple planned works contracts. Manage and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors. Drive cost control, forecasting, profitability and commercial performance. Manage procurement, subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts. Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
