What''s the role? The Commercial Manager will be self-motivated, disciplined and commercially astute, taking ownership and responsibility of the commercial requirements of the business across our South Region. They will establish, shape and drive the commercial strategy and financial reporting to achieve business, project and functional targets. They shall be accountable for the ongoing assurance of any contract requirements from our Customers. They will provide leadership, guidance and support to the commercial and contract management team and will demonstrate a deep understanding of the legislation and contractual conditions governing disputes resolution. Working Conditions - The role will be hybrid working across our Hook , Hampshire office , our substation site in Iver, Buckinghamshire, and home. The expected working pattern is typically 2 days per week in Hook, 1-2 days per week in Iver, with the remaining working days(s) from home, depending on business and project requirements.
