A contract opportunity for a Commercial Manager to support post-contract commercial activity on a large facilities management service contract. The role centres on BAU delivery, NEC knowledge and KPI management within a TFM environment.

The Role

As the Commercial Manager, you''ll:

• Oversee post-contract commercial activity on a large FM service contract.
• Manage contract KPIs alongside the wider delivery team.
• Support BAU commercial delivery within an NEC contract environment.
• Work across TFM services and associated site-based projects.

About You

To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you''ll have:

• Essential: Commercial management experience on a large FM service contract.
• Essential: NEC knowledge within a BAU contract environment.
• Essential: Facilities management experience.
• Ideally, exposure to TFM services and site-based projects.
