Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial ManagerLocation: Chepstow, South WalesSalary: 60,000- 70,000We are working exclusively with this specialist fabricator / sub-contractor delivering complex and architecturally challenging projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to support its continued growth. This role has been created following an internal leadership promotion and will take ownership of key commercial and project functions previously managed across the business. It would suit an experienced commercial professional who enjoys a broad remit, working closely with the MD, operational, project and finance teams in an SME environment, with the opportunity to influence business performance and progress into a senior leadership position.We have recruited for this company for many years, and can vouch that they have a great friendly culture, and look after their people well.
