      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;700/day | Type: Contract | Commercial Manager  London  4-month Contract - Hybrid   -700 per day        ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract. The Commercial Manager will lead and deliver complex procurement activities from strategy development through to contract award.     The Role:      Undertake procurement actions ideally with experience in the public sector  Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.  Confident communicator who can provide clear updates and build relationships.  Experience of using an eTendering system for issuing and managing tenders.  Experience of undertaking complex high value procurement actions and especially the procurement of frameworks      Requirements:       Experience negotiating supplier contracts, rates, terms and conditions.  Ability to secure commercial value and manage spend effectively  Ability to build strong relationships across business functions.  Experience working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Experience within a public sector environment  CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
