Commercial Manager - LondonSC Clearence is required for this role!Inside IR35 - Day rate up to £5503 month ContractA prominent client in London is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to their team. This role is responsible for leading procurement activities within the People Category, striving for commercial excellence and delivering a customer-centric service. The People Category encompasses areas such as Consultancy, Professional Services, Contingent Labour, Learning andamp; Development, and Healthcare. The position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Services and the leads of the People Pillar.Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end procurement processes, from requirements gathering and market analysis, through to organising market engagement events, supporting the development of procurement strategies, and overseeing the full procurement cycle up to contract handover. The role also encompasses ongoing contract administration and supplier relationship management.Demonstrated Commercial Management expertisePossession of active Security Clearance (SC)Comprehensive procurement knowledge and experienceProven stakeholder management skills within Matrix organisationsExperience cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (including cross-government, eg xHMG)Public sector sourcing proficiency, with understanding of PCR15 and PA23Proficient in using e-sourcing software such as Jaggaer and comparable platformsInterested!?!
