Commercial Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-qualified Commercial Management Accountant to join a growing and commercially focused business.This is an excellent role for an ambitious ACCA / CIMA / ACA studier looking to develop their commercial finance experience, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in providing meaningful financial insight to support business performance and decision-making.The roleReporting into the Finance Manager / Financial Controller, you will take ownership of a broad range of management accounting and commercial finance responsibilities, including:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journalsBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisProducing regular management reporting and providing commentary on performancePartnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the businessAnalysing revenue, costs, margins and key business driversSupporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processesIdentifying trends, risks and opportunities and translating these into actionable insightAssisting with month-end and year-end reportingSupporting the continued development of reporting, processes and controlsInvolvement in ad hoc commercial analysis and finance projectsThe ideal candidateYou will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong management accounting experience and a genuine interest in developing within commercial finance.You will ideally have:Experience ..... full job details .....
