Commercial Maintenance Surveyor

I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands searching for an interim Commercial Maintenance Surveyor. The successful candidate will have experience in: Commercial maintenance surveying. Fire door/fire protection works. Reactive works (ideally). Flooding, burst pipes, roof leaking. Local Authority experience (ideally). Experience in works for leisure centres. The day to day of this role will include accessing the properties, assess the damage, writing a report, and managing the contractors from start to finish. The package for this role includes: 4 month initial contract. £40/hour inside IR35. Site to site mileage of £0.40/mile. 3 days working from home.
