The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance plus lead and supervisory duties.. The role is a permanent position paying -38,000 - -41,000. For candidates with Ventilation AP (or after training) the basic will rise by -1.5k.
