About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable-Mobile Maintenance Plumber-to join our facilities management team. Based in Leeds and surrounding, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installations across a range of commercial sites. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing tasks across multiple commercial sites.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leaks, blockages, valve replacements, and pipework issues.

• Complete minor plumbing installations where required.

• Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations and site security requirements.

• Accurately complete job reports and documentation using company systems.

• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal scheduling team.

• Participate in an on-call rota (if applicable).

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent trade qualification.

• G3 Unvented Cylinders-

• Proven experience in a mobile or facilities maintenance plumbing role.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and working within regulated environments.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
