The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Provide strategic advice to clients on complex legal disputes and risk mitigation.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.Advising a range of clients across sectors such as retail, logistics, FS and energy.Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.Contribute to business development initiatives.Profile

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have / be;A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales likely to be around 1-3 years PQEExperience in handling commercial litigation matters, including dispute resolution.Already be working in a large regional, national or international law firmTies to LeedsStrong academicsJob Offer
