Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years'' PQE within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload. Work will consist of a broad mix of director, shareholder and partnership disputes; contractual disputes, professional advisor claims, defamation and injunctions. You will also have the opportunity to deal with more complex disputes in the High Court and matters consisting of International Arbitration. This department have a number of sector specialisms that include retail, banking and finance, renewable energy, sport and technology. You will be joining a team of 5 in Manchester but will be part of a wider team of 25+ that operates nationally.
