What you''ll do: Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, ensuring efficient and strategic resolutions. Act on shareholder, partnership, and director disputes with sensitivity to client objectives and wider business interests. Handle professional negligence claims with technical excellence and strong commercial judgement. Assist with urgent dispute resolution matters such as injunctive relief and reputation-sensitive cases requiring prompt action. Manage matters independently at an appropriate level while receiving guidance and supervision from senior colleagues. Work directly with clients to support the development of long-term relationships built on trust and understanding.
