The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes while working closely with experienced colleagues across several specialist practice areas. Matters will include: Commercial contract disputes Debt recovery and debt claims Landlord and tenant disputes Property litigation matters Contentious probate claims Civil litigation Professional negligence disputes Alternative dispute resolution and mediation General business and contractual disputes This position offers excellent exposure to a broad range of litigation matters and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
