A leading Legal 500-ranked regional law firm is looking to strengthen its growing Dispute Resolution team with a commercially minded Commercial Litigation Solicitor at 2-5 PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to develop a broad practice acrosscommercial disputes and insolvency, working alongside experienced Partners on a varied caseload for businesses, directors, shareholders, individuals and insolvency professionals. You will have a solid foundation in commercial litigation and insolvency, with the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for their own matters and develop their client relationships, with great support around. The team The Dispute Resolution team has an excellent reputation for handling complex and sensitive disputes and advises a diverse client base including: Owner-managed businesses and SMEs Larger corporates Directors and shareholders High-net-worth individuals Insolvency Practitioners Secured lenders and creditors The team handles a broad range of matters including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, banking disputes, corporate insolvency and insolvency-related litigation.
