You will handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver strategic and commercially focused solutions for a broad range of clients. Your caseload will include contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and breach of warranty matters, alongside involvement in high value, multi party and complex litigation. You will be responsible for drafting pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and settlement documentation, as well as conducting legal research, preparing advice and developing litigation strategies. The role will also involve pre-action correspondence, negotiation and ADR including mediation, together with attending hearings, conferences and client meetings.
