      <description>Location: Cheltenham | Salary: £65000 - £77500 per annum | Type: Full time | Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cheltenham / Hybrid, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys tackling complex and varied disputes and who combines strong legal expertise with a practical, commercial approach. JOB REF:5172.  THE ROLE: • You will have significant responsibility for your own matters, guiding clients through disputes from the initial advice and assessment of their position through to resolution.  • You will develop case strategies, provide clear and pragmatic advice, and work with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Depending on your experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside Directors on larger and more complex matters, while playing an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the team.
