This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking high-quality work, increased responsibility, and clear career progression.COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICTORPETERBOROUGH CAMBS, OFFICE BASED£50000 - £70000Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.30pmKey responsibilities for the Commercial Litigation Solicitor:You will be responsible for:Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters with appropriate supervision.Advising clients on a range of disputes including:Breach of contract claimsShareholder and partnership disputesProfessional negligenceFraud and asset recoveryDebt recoveryInjunctive reliefCommercial property disputesInsolvency-related litigationConducting litigation in the Court.Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.Managing disclosure exercises and trial preparation.Instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties.Attending mediations, settlement meetings, and court hearings.Providing commercially focused, practical legal advice to clients.Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities ..... full job details .....
