Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE

This award winning full service law firm is looking to expand their commercial disputes team with the appointment of a 5+ PQE Commercial Litigator. You''ll be joining a successful and established team managing a quality general commercial caseload including contract and shareholders disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions and managing matters by mediation where applicable. To succeed in this role you''ll ideally need at least 5 years post qualification experience (or equivalent) gained in core commercial disputes. You will possess strong technical skills and the ability to manage your own caseload autonomously. Ideally you will enjoy networking and have the ability to identify business development opportunities with a demonstrable background in establishing, developing and maintaining client relationships.
