Commercial Litigation Senior Associate / Legal Director

Your new company A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced disputes lawyer to join a market-leading practice acting for major corporates, insurers, financial institutions, public sector organisations and commercial clients on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes. The role offers exposure to nationally significant work, genuine progression opportunities and the chance to become a key figure within a growing Yorkshire team. Your new role Working as part of a collaborative and nationally recognised disputes practice, you will manage a varied caseload while supporting strategic client relationships and business development initiatives. Your work is likely to include: Complex commercial contract disputes Shareholder, partnership and director disputes Professional negligence claims Business-critical injunctions and emergency relief applications Financial and regulatory disputes Contentious insolvency matters Procurement and public sector disputes Breach of warranty and commercial transaction disputes ADR, mediation and settlement negotiations High Court and multi-track litigation You will also play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers, managing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the Leeds practice.
