Supporting experienced solicitors, you''ll play a key role in progressing cases while developing your technical expertise and building a strong foundation for your legal career. JOB REF:4354.THE ROLE:• You''ll be involved in high-quality work from day one, assisting on matters including commercial and contractual disputes, property litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, and intellectual property issues.• Working as part of a collaborative Dispute Resolution team, you''ll assist with all stages of litigation, helping to ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to clients.• Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of a varied commercial litigation caseload.• Preparing files for hearings, mediations and client meetings, attending where required and producing accurate attendance notes.• Handling new enquiries and supporting file opening and case administration processes.• Monitoring deadlines, updating the case management system and ensuring files remain compliant.• Taking ownership of routine procedural tasks and proactively identifying opportunities to move matters forward• Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining high standards of client care ..... full job details .....
