Ideally you will be an NQ - 4 Year PQE Solicitor specialising within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload. You will be joining a small team but one that still deals with complex legal matters and a wide variety of work to include: contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency matters, property disputes, boundary disputes and professional negligence. Working alongside a Partner, you will become an integral part of the firm right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.
