This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling contract-based disputes who is looking for varied, challenging and rewarding work within a supportive and technically strong legal team. As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of litigation matters, with a particular focus on contractual disputes. The work will include claimant and defendant matters across commercial contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, construction disputes and other contract-related claims. The caseload will include work funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, as well as private and commercial instructions.
