The Role You''ll be involved in a varied range of commercial disputes, including: Contractual disputes and professional negligence claims. Banking and financial disputes. Intellectual property and defamation matters. Fraud and procurement disputes. Partnership and shareholder disputes. Managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution. Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value and large-scale litigation. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercially focused advice.
