The team advises a diverse client base including corporates, HNW individuals, investors, developers, trustees and charities — often on cross-border and multi-party disputes.Key areas of focus include:Post-transactional disputesShareholder and investor litigationInsolvency and restructuring-related claimsProfessional negligenceTrust, estate and real estate disputesFunded litigation and group actionsYou’ll also benefit from close collaboration with the firm’s Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, offering a genuinely integrated approach to client service.What the Firm is Looking For:2–5 years’ PQE
