An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) to join a market-leading Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration team in Leeds. This role offers exposure to some of the most significant and high-value disputes in the market, working alongside recognised experts on both domestic and cross-border matters. This is an ideal move for a Lawyer looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional commercial litigation while developing expertise in international arbitration and complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. The Role You''ll advise on a diverse caseload of high-value commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including: Commercial contract disputes Corporate and shareholder disputes Financial services litigation Civil fraud International arbitration Cross-border litigation You''ll manage matters through every stage of the dispute lifecycle, from pre-action strategy through to trial or resolution, while working closely with colleagues across the firm''s international network.
