Commercial Litigation Associate

Overview

New commercial litigation role based in Cheltenham. The successful applicant will join a large disputes resolution team with expertise in advising on a wide range of large, complex disputes and smaller disputes for a noteworthy client base. The team is client-focused and provides meticulous, bespoke service. A senior leadership member heads the department, emphasising collaboration, development of individual interests, and opportunities to supervise more junior staff. The firm supports career growth and has a strong culture focused on client care.Responsibilities

Provide high-quality commercial litigation services across a variety of disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes, mediation, professional negligence, and property litigation.Contribute to building new and existing areas of work with the support of the head of department and wider team.Collaborate within a team to deliver a bespoke, client-focused service.Develop and supervise more junior members of staff as part of team growth.Requirements

UK qualified solicitor or partner with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Partnership and Shareholder disputes; Contractual disputes; Debt Recovery; Intellectual Property Disputes; Mediation; Professional Negligence; Property Litigation.About the firm
