Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our steadily growing, independent insurance agency in Dudley, MA has a unique opportunity for the right candidate!

Responsibilities include:

Commercial sales and service of commercial lines insurance policies

Resolving client concerns and issues

Account round and cross-selling on existing accounts

Our agency has access to all major carriers, including most mutual carriers operating in MA, CT, RI and NH. Qualifications:

MA Property and Casualty License is a plus but not required

Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets

Experience servicing accounts within an insurance agency

Working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating software, and Microsoft Office

AMS 360 experience is a plus
