This Commercial Legal Adviser role in the business services industry will see you handling a variety of legal matters to support the smooth running of operations. It''s a permanent position where you''ll play a key part in ensuring compliance and managing commercial contracts. Client Details Our Client is recruiting for a role within the business services industry in Birmingham. Description Reporting to the Head of Legal Services, you will provide legal and administrative support across a broad range of contractual matters. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied caseload of low to medium complexity contractual matters. Advising internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, risks and compliance requirements. Identifying legal and commercial risks and recommending practical mitigation strategies. Liaising with internal departments and external organisations to obtain information and progress legal matters. Maintaining accurate contract records and supporting contract life cycle management processes. Coordinating contract execution processes and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained. Providing administrative and operational support to the wider Legal Services team. Assisting senior legal colleagues with meetings, note-taking and project-based work where required. Profile The ideal candidate will have: Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
