Reporting into senior leadership, this is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive project performance, and lead the development of a growing commercial team. This position is ideal for a commercially astute professional with a strong background in the M&E/MEP sector who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial management across complex projects. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead commercial advisor on all project commercial and contractual matters. Lead, manage and mentor a team of Senior, Project and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, alongside Commercial Administration staff. Advise Project Management teams on commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate contracts and contract amendments to establish balanced and commercially beneficial agreements.
