Senior Commercial Lead - Major Infrastructure Programme - Warrington - £93,000 - £121,000 - PermanentThe OpportunityAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial leader to join a major infrastructure programme. This role will provide strategic leadership across high-value procurement and commercial activities, supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects. You will work alongside senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, driving commercial excellence from strategy development through to contract award and mobilisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead procurement and commercial activity across a portfolio of major projects.Develop and implement packaging, procurement and commercial strategies.Oversee the full commercial life cycle from strategic planning through tendering, contract award and supplier mobilisation.Provide leadership, coaching and development to a small commercial team.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, PMO, Legal and Technical functions.Ensure commercial governance, reporting and assurance requirements are met.Make informed decisions on complex commercial matters while delivering value for money.Support contract negotiations and commercial risk management activities.Essential ExperienceExtensive experience leading commercial and procurement activities within major projects.Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, including drafting and negotiation.Proven leadership experience within ..... full job details .....
