Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial / Contracts, this is a great opportunity to join as Commercial Lead for their Nuclear team, managing the delivery of complex key contracts. This position will be based at their Bristol office and does operate on a hybrid working basis (3 Days in office/on-site) and is offering a salary of 65-70,000 and a 15% bonus. Key Responsibilities Include:Developing and maintaining the Nuclear Commercial team and its support across the company.Managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders Subcontractor Management - including the negotiation, procurement and overall subcontractor performanceRisk management - Identifying early warnings, coordinating risk reduction plans, escalations and general risk mitigationCommercial and contract management - ensuring adherence to process, effective data management, commercial optimisation and overall contract performance Ideal ExperienceNEC3/4 Experience Previous experience with large-scale multi-discipline contract delivery Experience with Civil-Engineering, Infrastructure, or Nuclear ProjectsTeam-management Strong Commercial and Contract management experience Please apply via this advert, or reach out to us with any questions you may have.
