A well-established and growing law firm in Swindon is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor to work on high-quality matters with a diverse portfolio of clients. The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial work, including: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Advising on commercial risk, regulatory issues, and compliance Supporting clients across sectors including technology, manufacturing, and professional services Assisting with corporate transactions where required Providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice to key stakeholders Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships About You The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years'' PQE in commercial law (PQE flexible for strong candidates) Solid experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and the ability to manage client expectations A proactive, commercially focused mindset NQ solicitors with strong commercial seats will also be considered.
