The team is recognised as a centre of excellence, partnering closely with procurement, technology, corporate real estate and frontline business teams to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.Your new role As a Construction and Commercial/Technology Lawyer, you will join a global Commercial, Innovation and Technology legal team, advising on a broad range of construction, commercial and technology matters. You will act as a trusted legal adviser to stakeholders across procurement, capital projects, technology and wider business functions, helping to manage legal risk and support key strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Providing commercially focused legal advice on construction, real estate, procurement, commercial and technology matters.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements relating to construction projects, consultancy services, technology solutions and outsourced services.Advising on the procurement and delivery of complex construction, workplace, facilities and real estate projects across multiple jurisdictions.Supporting the ..... full job details .....
