About the Role: You''ll be working with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large regional businesses, advising on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. The role offers a great mix of advisory and transactional work, including MandA, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructures. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters Managing MandA transactions, business sales, and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of business Supporting clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and company law advice Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives Requirements: UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years'' post-qualification experience in Corporate and Commercial Law Strong technical knowledge ..... full job details .....
